Ms. Hollander’s primary practice is commercial and contract litigation, with a primary focus on the construction and surety industries. She is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where she practices in both state and federal courts. She has published and presented papers on construction law, suretyship and insurance law for both national and regional organizations.
Prior to joining Sheak & Korzun, P.C., Ms. Hollander served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Department of Law, litigating and counseling strategies on employment issues, eminent domain and environmental matters. She has also acted as corporate counsel for a health care conglomerate, litigating and counseling on real estate, regulatory and constitutional matters.
Ms. Hollander received her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics from Swarthmore College with Honors. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown Law Center, where she won the American Jurisprudence Award for Antitrust Law, and served as a member of the Georgetown Law Journal.
